This is a research intervention carried out with the technical and administrative staff of a Federal Institution of Higher Education (FIHE), with the administrative assistant workers, aiming at analyzing their work from the point of view of the activity. The methodology was based on the theoretical and methodological framework of the Clinic of Activity of Yves Clot and his collaborators. A workshop of photos was employed as a methodological procedure. The group was composed of 10 servants from different sectors of FIHE, where three among four of these workers were willing to shoot scenes of their daily work. These photos were instruments to promote dialogues on their work. The research indicates that workers seek to reinvent and develop other ways to deal with their working situations, trying different ways of actingDownloads
