The present article discusses the theoretical aspects of the relationship between subjectivity and work organization. For such we utilize the basic theoretical support of dejourian theory: psycoanalysis, hermeneutics and theory of action. We seek to subsidize the reader who whishes to utilize the work clinic in their activity of intervention and research to advance theoretically and to get acquainted with the modern debate developed by Psychodynamic of Work.Downloads
