Moved by the hope awaked by the expansion of “free-time” in the contemporary way of life, this text questions about the meaning of human and humanization, remembering briefly the history of these concepts and referring to fragments of the philosophy of utopia of Ernst Bloch in The principle of hope, where the time free of work is seen under a critical light, but also as an opportunity for human improvement.Downloads
