Keywords:

It is developed a hypothesis of theoretical organization to contribute to a Political Economy of contemporary dynamics of capitalism. Competition among big corporations - organized as multisectorial, multifunctional e multinationals enterprises - determine new forms of production and management of productive and financial wealth. These determinations interact with the movement laws of capital - such as the redundancy of labor force and fictitious capitalization - engendering a typical structural instability of global capitalism. Neither breakdown nor full development is the characteristic of this dynamics. In this logic and historical approach the basic economic features of globalization are established.
