O Problema Epistemológico Fundamental em Carl Menger

In spite of Menger be considered the precursor of economics of information due his emphasis in incorrect knowledge, his pure economic theory works with the absence of error. This apparent contradiction of ideas is treated here as “the fundamental epistemological problem”. In this paper we offer a solution to its aftermath discussion considering his main influences, his epistemological background and the nature of his value and price theory.
