We treat Brazilian Industry data in order to identify their high frequency stilized facts. We construct an indivisible labor economy with adjustment costs, calibrate it and compare its dynamic with those from the Brazilian Industry. The proposed artificial economy reproduces many of the stilized facts but it displays relatively low fluctuation in hours worked.
