Title: Current Approaches and Practices in Education and STEM Fields
Abstract
Education systems worldwide are undergoing rapid transformation due to technological developments, scientific progress, and evolving societal needs. These changes require innovative educational approaches and interdisciplinary collaboration among different academic fields. In this context, the proposed thematic section titled “Current Approaches and Practices in Education and STEM Fields” aims to provide a multidisciplinary platform that brings together contemporary research and practices at the intersection of education and STEM disciplines.
This thematic section seeks to explore how innovative pedagogical models, digital technologies, artificial intelligence, interdisciplinary instructional designs, and emerging educational practices contribute to improving learning environments and educational outcomes. It also aims to strengthen the connection between theoretical research and practical applications in education.
The section welcomes contributions that examine educational issues from pedagogical, technological, psychological, and social perspectives. By encouraging interdisciplinary dialogue among researchers, educators, and practitioners, this thematic section intends to contribute to the development of innovative educational practices and to address current challenges in education systems.

Proposal Presentation
Contemporary education systems are increasingly influenced by rapid developments in science, technology, digital transformation, and global societal changes. These developments require educational institutions to redesign learning environments and adopt interdisciplinary approaches that foster innovation, creativity, and critical thinking.
The thematic section “Current Approaches and Practices in Education and STEM Fields” aims to create an academic platform where researchers from diverse disciplines can share their work related to modern educational practices, STEM-based learning processes, digital transformation in education, and innovative instructional strategies.
The thematic section particularly focuses on interdisciplinary collaboration between education sciences and STEM-related fields such as science, mathematics, engineering, technology, artificial intelligence, and data science. Studies that explore innovative teaching models, technology-supported learning environments, inclusive STEM education, and data-driven educational practices are especially encouraged.
