Abstract

This article intends to detach two modalities of direction of treatment of the autism starting from two different clinical conceptions. On the one hand, cognitive comportamental therapy, that places in the center of his clinical perspective the disorder notion; on the other, psychoanalysis starting from the symptom notion. While the disorder notion places the autist in a deficient position, which should be lessened through adjustment techniques and learning, just as having developed for the method TEACCH, the own symptom notion of the psychoanalysis allows to affirm in the autism subject's dimension, whose bet is offered by the practice among several.
