Abstract

Taking as reference the practice of psychoanalysis, this article is part of a theoretical hypothesis over questions relating to mental disability and the developmental problems from an institutional point of view, taking into account some extracted clinical research of developmental work in the Center for Social and Guidance Clinic ”El Molinet”, Spanish center which cares for people with mental disabilities and diagnoses of psychosis over 16 years.
