Abstract

The aim of this article is to think about some of the implications which arise out of the consideration that the incidence of the signified in the human organism, in the infans, constitutes it-as-bodylanguage. To do so, as a referential, we will take an overlap between the fields of psychoanalysis and language, more specifically what Freud introduces in “Beyond the Pleasure Principle” and Lacan’s contributions to the Freudian text in the 20th seminar.
