This paper draws a linguistic comparison of two medieval manuscrpts written in Portuguese, from the 14th and 15th centuries, whose subject is related to the life of saint Thais (a notorious sinner that later was brought to the Christian dogma) based on the editions presented in Machado Filho (2000) and Martins (1985) upon which briefly correlations and dissimilarities are pointed out, regarding their contents, spelling, morphological and syntatic aspects.Downloads
