(In) securidad hídrica: asegurar el derecho al agua

Este artículo revisa los debates sobre seguridad e inseguridad hídrica utilizando herramientas de estudios geográficos críticos. Busca demostrar el valor de esta perspectiva crítica para lograr el acceso al agua para todos. Si bien rechaza la devaluación total de los principales discursos sobre seguridad hídrica, el artículo señala su incapacidad para politizar adecuadamente los procesos y relaciones que reproducen las desigualdades hídricas. Encontrando lecciones en escritos recientes sobre ecología política, el ciclo hidrosocial y el derecho al agua, el artículo concluye con una declaración de Gramsci de construir a partir del conocimiento fragmentado, pero implícito en las luchas, el logro del acceso democrático al aguaDescargas
