Abstract

Ombudsmanship or listener’s office is a service provided to customers and citizens, through which one can submit complaints, criticisms, suggestions and even praise the quality of any changes undertaken. In accomplishing this, it serves as a medium, producing, reproducing and reshaping senses. Its main purpose is of repairing links that have been strained in the relationship between organizations and their audiences.
