Abstract

The weblogs have been used as tool of communication of companies, mainly in Europe. In the form of a guide with six steps, the professor and blogger José Luis Orihuela, from the University of Navarra, in Spain, detaches the importance of the implantation and use of the blogs for the strategic communication of companies.
