The purpose of the essay is to analyze the municipal revenues used to the payments due to concessionaires under public lighting PPP projects. More specifically, the subject of the research is to determinate if the payments made with the street lighting tax for the fund of PPPs for public lighting services should affect the limits of the current net revenues for to contracts of such type.Downloads
