Abstract

Along the years, Revista de Direito Sanitário recorded on its pages the various phenomena concerning the achievement of the right to health in Brazil and the rest of the world, becoming a scientific vehicle with high impact for debates on strategic issues about the development of the Brazilian health system and for the full accomplishment of the right to health in Brazil.
