Between Europe and Latin America: legal principle, romanistic tradition and "humanitas" of the Law

Abstract

By considering Europe a cultural phenomenon, the author traces a parallel with Latin America of the Romans and human beings traditions of the law initiating for the legal principles that conduct the two continents. The subject was also boarded when the author visited the University of Buenos Aires, in the Red Hall of the Law School in April of 2004.
