Agrarian Enterprise and Agrarian Establishment

Abstract

Enterprise and establishment are two important concepts to the development of agrarian activity. The former is the subjective element - subject of rights - and the latter is the objective element, consisting of goods, rights, credits, warranties, etc. Both of the concepts are analyzed here in several aspects with the support of the predominant theory.
