Abstract

This paper reflects on the reports brought by the interview with the researcher and member of the Paraguayan government Juan Díaz Bordenave. Observed in order to contextualize the new political landscape, social, communication of Paraguay. Integrating a research which will be analyzed the communication strategies implemented by the Brazilian media to build representations of the President Fernando Lugo. It can be note that this exercise is presented as important for increasing the understand of the problems of research, bringing new data and outlines theoretical and methodological.
