Abstract

Gaúcho, da cidade de Roda Alta, Sérgio Luiz Gadini, ou apenas Professor Gadini, é docente associado do curso de jornalismo da Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa, no Paraná, desde 1996. Gadini tem se dedicado ao ensino, a pesquisa e a extensão na área do jornalismo desde o início de sua carreira. Sua trajetória de dedicação a área do jornalismo é ampla, com destaque para a presidência do Fórum Nacional dos Professores em Jornalismo (FNPJ), consultor e avaliador da Capes/Inep para área, além de ter participado ativamente na criação do segundo curso de mestrado acadêmico em jornalismo no Brasil, junto à Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa.
