This article presents reflections on anthropological fieldwork. We start framing our studies regarding disciplinary lines in the local anthropology. Then we present and describe three significant situations occurred in our ethnographic works, in order to analyze accesses and stays in the fieldwork with indigenous groups. These experiences allow us to approach the inter-subjective dimension on the field, rethink the otherness bonds between researchers and collaborators, how we affect each other in this process, and its repercussions on knowledge’s construction.
