This article explores the trajectory of the Black guitar in Brazil, highlighting its influence on the formation of Brazilian popular music. Additionally, the article discusses the role of the guitar as a tool for resistance and cultural affirmation, emphasizing the importance of recognizing and valuing the legacy of Black artists in the history of music in Brazil.
