Abstract

A crucial aspect, also tittle spread among geographers, is the nowadays rebuilding of some a national law (global law) whose agents are transnational companies. ONGs and social movements that extrapolate the State-nation. Out produce juridical norms. The State lost monopoly productionof norms: and the sovereignty (the modern geography´s groundwork) lacks, then of reexamination.
