This article presents the results of actions that aim to share experiences of recognition and appropriation of techniques of parametric design and digital fabrication with architectural offices, developed within the scope of an extension project. Such actions have invested in establishing a dialogue with architecture professionals, in a local context, about the potential of such techniques to solve design problems in this specific context, in daily practice of architecture. In addition to the training of the students involved in the project in question, the participants in the actions had the opportunity to reflect on the possibilities of sharing through the practices of mandatory internships and curricular extension, considered as vehicles already institutionalized and appropriate for the effective exchange of knowledge and mutual empowerment of the referred contexts.
