This article aims to describe some of the explanatory drawing of ANMAT, an approximation to its actual operation and identification of some of their contributions and challenges to improve the right to health of Argentines. The study begins by analyzing some of the failures of regulation that is exposed such office and what are the specific market failures in health that justify its existence. Then it discuss how the right to health is constitutionally recognized in Argentina and how the law allows this agency to promote the exercise of that right. It highlights the challenge of this agency to be independent and flexible to adapt to social and economic changes in this society.Downloads
