The notion of general now does not have, in the science of law, a proper definition. Since general is logically a correlative term, it can only be defined in accordance with its opposite and vice-versa. Taking into account that generality with regards to norms is something that can be-related to the number of people targeted by them, as well as to the normative subject, it can be noticed that this matter, in the constitutional field, demands an accurate analysis.Downloads
