Resumen

El objetivo de este estudio fue doble: verificar si el comportamiento de renovación estratégica y el comportamiento aventurero, dimensiones del intraemprendimiento, influyen en la satisfacción laboral y el compromiso de los empleados en instituciones educativas públicas. Además, observe si la satisfacción y el compromiso influyen en la percepción de ventaja competitiva de la institución. Se analizaron las observaciones de 618 servidores públicos del área docente a partir de las respuestas a un cuestionario estructurado, aplicado electrónicamente y mediante la técnica de muestreo de ecuaciones estructurales, con estimación de mínimos cuadrados parciales. Los resultados indicaron que el comportamiento de renovación estratégica del servidor impacta positivamente en su satisfacción laboral y también en su compromiso. Asimismo, se evidenció que el comportamiento aventurero de los servidores públicos influye en la satisfacción laboral y también en el compromiso de los empleados. Finalmente, se confirmó que la satisfacción laboral y el compromiso de los empleados de la educación pública tienen un impacto positivo en la percepción de ventaja competitiva. Se concluye que al involucrarse en las decisiones estratégicas de la institución educativa, y además con libertad de acción, los servidores públicos se sienten más satisfechos y comprometidos, además de percibirse como parte de las ventajas competitivas obtenidas por la institución educativa pública.
