Résumé

L'objectif de cette étude était double : vérifier si les comportements de renouvellement stratégique et les comportements aventureux, dimensions de l'intrapreneuriat, influencent la satisfaction au travail et l'engagement des employés dans les établissements d'enseignement publics. Observez également si la satisfaction et l’engagement influencent la perception de l’avantage concurrentiel de l’institution. Les observations de 618 fonctionnaires du domaine de l'enseignement ont été analysées sur la base des réponses à un questionnaire structuré, appliqué électroniquement et en utilisant la technique d'échantillonnage par équation structurelle, avec estimation partielle des moindres carrés. Les résultats ont indiqué que le comportement de renouvellement stratégique du serveur a un impact positif sur leur satisfaction au travail ainsi que sur leur engagement. De même, il était évident que le comportement aventureux des fonctionnaires influence la satisfaction au travail ainsi que l’engagement des employés. Enfin, il a été confirmé que la satisfaction au travail et l'engagement des employés de l'éducation publique ont un impact positif sur la perception de l'avantage concurrentiel. On conclut que lorsqu'ils sont impliqués dans les décisions stratégiques de l'établissement d'enseignement, et également avec la liberté d'agir, les fonctionnaires se sentent plus satisfaits et engagés, en plus de se percevoir comme faisant partie des avantages compétitifs acquis par l'établissement d'enseignement public.
