Health Law has being discussed by the Judiciary and by society. However there is no scientific description of its details and, even though it is not recognized as an independent branch of the Legal Science. The importance of discussing such questions is based on the worldwide influence of this right. Considering the amplitude of humans right, Health Law has been formally constituted in the 20th century to be one of the most important legal branches of the 21th Century.Downloads
