“A cor da pele pesa”: diálogos sobre corpos que pesam

O peso do corpo negro é afirmado por dois jovens que se autodeclaram pretos. A partir disso e junto aos corpos que pesam referenciados por Judith Butler, propomos, nesse artigo, relações entre corpo, raça e identidades. Se a cor da pele é preponderante para marcar hierarquizações sociorraciais, o corpo é um lugar marcado pelo discurso, protagonista dos processos comunicativos e de onde, também, podemos nos comunicar. Ele evidencia materialidades que apontam identidades. É por ele também que performamos. O corpo negro nos permite incorporar, pelo poder do discurso reiterativo, processos de branqueamento ou o movimento contrário, de afirmação da negritude.
