O que é notícia? WhatsApp na redação: uma análise dos critérios de noticiabilidade do telejornal Manchetes Noticidade

The purpose of these paper is to presente the initial results of a research in development about how popular participation is presented in the regional news headline “Manchetes Noticidade”, broadcasted by TV Sorocaba SBT, through the WhatsApp messages aplication. Based on the studies of Communication Theories, the concepts of gatekeeping and newsmaking studied by Mauro Wolf and Nelson Traquina are the focus for understanding how the popular participation process and the news intervention produced by the newscast takes place. This work is configured as abibliographic survey with the pourpose of working central concepts of the mentioned research.
