CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC OPNION ON UKRAINIAN DISPLACEMENTS AND THE DEMONIZATION OF RUSSIA

This text seeks to provoke a debate on how the displaced Ukrainians and the war are presented in the western media and how it is omitted to unilaterally influence public opinion. The work uses narrative review as a methodology and quantitative and qualitative methods, providing the reader with an observation of the demonization of Russia and a sensitization in the western population provoked by the narratives and images. The text will be also permeated by the concept of war reporting, which is includes the term international reporting in one of its subdivisions. The results and analyzes show that the Mass Influx Directive has made it difficult for refugees, exiles and immigrants to harmonize with displaced Ukrainians.
