Josenildo Luiz Guerra é professor adjunto da Universidade Federal de Sergipe desde 1997. A entrevista a seguir, realizada em 2010, faz parte da tese O Ensino do Interesse Público na Formação de Jornalistas: elementos para a construção de uma pedagogia, defendida por Enio Moraes Júnior, em 2011, na ECA / USP, com orientação do professor José Coelho Sobrinho. A revista Alterjor tem editado e publicado semestralmente parte deste trabalho
