Organicom invites researchers to reflect on the role of organizational communication and public relations in risk and crisis management. Coordinated by professors Sergio Andreucci - Universidade de São Paulo - ECA - USP and Jones Machado - Universidade Federal de Santa Maria – UFSM this issue will receive articles that critically and proactively explore how organizations can use communication strategies to face crises and mitigate risks.
