Motivación, Satisfacción en el Servicio Público y el Papel Mediador de la Llamada Ocupacional

O objetivo desta pesquisa foi verificar se a motivação para o serviço público influencia positivamente o chamado ocupacional e a satisfação no trabalho e se o chamado ocupacional influencia positivamente a satisfação no trabalho, bem como medeia a relação entre a motivação para o serviço público e a satisfação en el trabajo. Para ello se realizó una encuesta a empleados de instituciones educativas públicas, siendo cuantitativa, descriptiva, utilizando datos primarios y transversales y análisis mediante Modelamiento de Ecuaciones Estructurales (SEM). Los resultados indican que la vocación ocupacional puede considerarse el mediador entre la motivación por el servicio público y la satisfacción laboral, además de estar influenciada por la motivación por el servicio público e influir en la satisfacción laboral. Por otro lado, la motivación por el servicio público no influyó en la satisfacción laboral. Así, este estudio proporciona herramientas para el desarrollo y mejora de políticas en el área de gestión de recursos humanos, a través de la identificación de dónde y cómo los empleados pueden encontrar sentido al desempeño de su trabajo a favor de la satisfacción de los intereses de la sociedad.
