A Panther in the Basement tells the drama of those who faced the enemy within the hurricane of war, from the point of view of teenagers. The work is grounded
in a set of doubles and opposing elements around a central question: what is betray? The meeting of Proffy (main character) with the enemy is central to the
operation of both sides that things have and the consequences for the understanding of the sense of betrayal.
