Abstract

This article analyses the recent changes In the employment structures of industrial countries. It focus mainly on the process of segmentation of the labor force, seen as a form whereby capitalism tries to solve Its Inter-capltal problems. The tertiarization of the economic structure is the connecting point of the study, which examines the relations of this phenomenon with industrial restructuring, labor market segmentation and redistribution of the economic activities in space.
