Abstract

The geographic differentiation of Nebris microps (smalleye croaker) southeastern coast of Brazil is analysed, with basis on the comparison of the body proportions and on the meristic characters of 78 specimens caught north and 76 south of Cabo Frio, Rio de Janeiro.
