Violence is multifaceted and historical, so it is necessary to understand it from the genealogy of their practices. In modern societies, there is a type of violence (structural) derived from the exploitation of life which in turn is associated with the utilitarian government of the results. This essay aims to analyze some aspects of biopolitics root of modern violence that operates through instrumental objectification of human life and, in this condition, uses life as useful object abandoning her when it becomes useless. This utilitarian logic of human life contains a radical violence that operates quietly and efficiently in power devices trivializing the disposal of life when it is unproductive or inefficient.
